Freedom Ride

Rate the idea of having government sanctioned "Free Speech Zones" or "First Amendment Zones" near political landmarks like the "Liberty (cough) Bell" or a Political rally?

Things like OWS make me realize, closer to 10 is most appropriate nowadays.

   The police state IS having the government sanctioned zone. We have these freedoms already, if you understand them correctly. They do not mean you can do whatever you want to do.
