I can't go out and sacrifice animals and just say it was my religion. I don't think the whole case has been thrown out, and if it has then they basically lied about what the original details involved. Doesn't matter what your religion is you still can't marry more then one person, nor can you marry underage people(and not sure about that detail as I haven't followed the story close enough). What do you expect in Texas though?
