How do we reinstate the freedom of religion and the freedom of speech in the United States of America?

Currently if you say the "wrong" thing you can get arrested for disorderly conduct. Disorderly conduct does not exist. Disorderly conduct was created to have a means to punish people who exercize their freedom of speech which is garanteed by the Constitution of the United States of America. True "freedom of speech" and complete religious freedom have never existed in USA. The Constitution was and is a tremendous document. If you slander someone , that can not be hidden behind the First Amendment.
If you’re a "Wiccan" you might still be arrested in some parts of the USA.
In reality the USA has moved away from it’s own Constitution and will never revert back.

You don’t. It’s that simple. Once a society as a whole surrenders a basic/fundamental freedom, it is lost forever.

get ear plugs?
surely even you realize that their are legitimate limits to "free speech"
should I be allowed to enter your home and yell at you as you try to sleep (get some ear plugs)
there are many places in this country where you can yeall and carry on and say whatever you want as loud as you want SO LONG AS YOU DON’T INFRINGE ON THE RIGHTS OF OTHER PEOPLE WHO ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE THERE
when we have some screaming drunk (disorderly conduct) on the sidewalk in front of our house, we call the police and he is removed
If you are being persecuted for what you are saying rather than how and where you are saying it, get a lawyer and go after them but don’t say things like "disorderly conduct does not exist".

We never lost it.We have the right to say anything .The things you cant say like yell” fire” ina crowded theater is it will start a stampede.Disorderly conduct is after you have been instructed by a police to refrain from further vocal aggitation where the situation could become a riot or worse.No one has the ”right ” to break the law.Then say my free speach has been violated,free speach has responsabiltys that accompany those rights.
