    It’s simply do not do:
    * If congress does then the court is suppose to tell congress they cant do that.

    * If the court which is appointed by congress and the president fails to do that(Naturally happens a lot), then the State and local government are suppose to tell the Federal government to back off you cant do that.

    * If the State and local governments are beaten down by the only force that can raw military force( such as happens in the Civil war) then we are all doomed as the Federal Constitutional republic of government limited by law has collapsed into a Empire, limited only by the will of it’s leaders.

As the federal government will never serous limit their own power. That’s like biting the hand that feeds and appoints you, sooner or later the court just got appointed to where they wont do it.

So there are very few renaming piratical punishments which is why the Federal government has so easily violate freedom of speech and the press by means of the FCC, and drug laws. The Federal Constitution is a nearly dead letter and it’s been that way for a very long time.

So tell you teacher, there are none in practice the Federal Constitutional republic is all but dead and has been for a very long time, because federal leaders have grabbed too much power to be stopped, and have calmed absolute uncheckable authority over the extent of their own power.

We are now for the most part a "democracy" or dictatorship of the majority not the Constitutional republic we were founded as and your teacher told us we were when she told us we operated under a Constitution. This is a piratical fact not a legal one, because legality goes out the window where federal power is concerned. They have made themselves above the law. In making themselves the exclusive definers and enforcers of the law, including that law which defines their own limits on power.
