   Yes but under Freedom of the Press the UNITED STATES STATE DEPARTMENT under the constitution should already be making that disclosure to the press, since as the UNITED STATES STATE DEPARTMENT is anserable to the laws of the UNITED STATES under the UNITED STATES BILL OF RIGHTS and its CONSTITUTION..
