"That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life—whether you have enough food and drink, or enough clothes to wear. Isn’t life more than food, and your body more than clothing?" [Matthew 6:25]
I’m too smart for that kind of stuff. I control my own life and my own destiny.

I try not to worry, but when I do, I put it right back into MY own hands, and deal with it like a mature person. I have a lot of faith in my own thoughts and how to deal with them.
Next?

Yes I did, after days on end without sleep I went to a forest preserve and spent time giving all my cares to God. After I did that I found I didn’t need sleep that bad because my brain was relaxed and at ease, it’s an awesome feeling to say the least. ♥ † ♥ ☺

I don’t know if I call it worry, but I do get concerned over things such as when someone I love is sick or sad. I pray and ask God to show me what to do for the person then I ask Him for the grace and strength to be of service. Then, I stay available and get about what I need to do for the day. So, the big worries of "oh, here comes another hurricane and I know my family will be on the roof of the house…." have changed to "thank you God for allowing me to live in this beautiful house for as long as you have. Give me the strength and courage to help my family." Then, I go about my business and prepare for the hurricane.
So, yes, I have the freedom from the insane worrying that will make me sick and keep me blocked from God because I read the Bible every day, pray on my knees, talk to God all day and thank Him, meet with people who are walking with God, volunteer, etc…every day and this has given me a strong foundation to be able to deal with the real world and with real life issues such as death of a family member, illnesses, of course financial insecurity could keep me insane, and just life. My life today is in God’s hands and I keep one foot in front of the other praying to be in His will and to stay on the path to become more Christlike because I do know that "faith without works is dead".
