Why doesn’t the Church of Satan do anything like the freedom from religion group?

The Church of Satan does nothing but talk about their plans and what they are going to do, but they never do anything it is all just a lot hot air.
But the Freedom from religion group does not talk, they act. They do things every day to keep religion out of places where it does not belong. The C.O.S does nothing but talk about doing those things?
So why doesn’t the Satanic Church ever do more than talk and help out groups who are actually doing?
The Church of Satan claims they do not believe in the supernatural and do not want those idea’s to rule the world anymore than the freedom from religion group right?

It is simple. The Church of Satan is too busy tooting their own horn and calling themselves superior elitists to actually go out and do something?
Meanwhile groups like the Freedom from religion are out there doing instead of sitting around talking. And we owe them for that
Also the Freedom from religion group does not want superstition and the spiritual supernatural non-sense to rule the world. And while the Church of Satan claims they are against anything supernatural and spiritual. They have many, many members who are into that supernatural spiritual stuff, and they know it, and they do not want to alienate those members.

The Church of Satan is a CHURCH….the other is a political action group. Big difference.
I know many of my fellow Satanists that have contributed to groups like Freedom From Religion including myself.
edit: we don’t claim it’s for attention only. where did you hear that one?
human beings need dogma, we recognize that need and substitute the pathetic dogma of the abrahamic faiths with dogma that could actually be theraputic if used correctly.
edit 2: yes, getting attention is something we Satanists thrive on. But that is not the ONLY reason it’s a church. The human need for dogma however is covered at length in the Satanic Bible.
it’s a church. on top of that, it’s the ONLY church in the US that VOLUNTARILY pays taxes.

The more that so called freedom from religion group acts the less people pay them any attention, they are a joke because I practice my faith when ever, where ever and no one has even began to stop me.
