Which of the following statements about freedom of assembly is FALSE?

Posted on December 21st, 2009 by admin

A) Freedom of assembly includes the right to assemble and the right to associate.

B) Freedom of assembly allows groups to demonstrate at any time, at any place, or in any manner they wish.

C) Without freedom of assembly we would not have the right to form political parties or interest groups.

D) Nazis have the constitutional right to march through a heavily Jewish community.

B is false.

Just FYI, any question that uses the phrase ‘always’ or ‘any’ is probably false.
