why is england including ireland so jealous of the american way and american freedom?

i’ve been going to some questions on Y!A and i found some people from england (including welsh and scotland) saying americans are taking over the world and that we are fat arrogant and that we know nothing about the world, all this hatred seems to be jealousy, why are they so jealous of america?
And the great American education system…. Scotland, Wales and Ireland are NOT part of England!!

its not about jealousy, its about hypocrisy and oil…the USA preaches one thing (democracy) and does the other (supports miltary regimes and dictators). I really don’t think England has the same mind set as a spoiled teenage girl. Some individuals saying that doesn’t mean the whole country saying that.
We are fat. Look at the national stats on our health it is a fact.
Our government is being sort of take over crazy with sticking their nose into every other country’s business for one reason or another.
Best to just hold thy self accountable for self actions only . If all did that the wave of gossip would diminish a lot.

I hope you realise that only 6 out of our 32 counties in ireland are british!! the other 26 are a republic! we have been a republic officially since 1949 so watch what your saying about us! me and most irish people have nothing against americans. Say northern ireland in future!
