Doesn’t The Banning Of Gay Marriage Sort Of Undermine The Whole Concept Of American Freedom?

I mean, didn’t our ancestors fight the revolutionary war so that people would have rights, and to establish a separation of Church & State?
That’s true.
It’s also true that it was fought on the pretense that all men were equal, and then included segments about slavery being pretty cool. The US is a great country, but like all people it takes longer for our actions to match our ideals. As the Constitution says, we are trying everyday to form a more perfect union… sometimes we get it wrong

Hypocrisy rules our society! Until people (Government) admits this, we will never get anywhere.

Keep in mind that all the Government is Corrupted. God himself will put an end to this System of Things and his Kingdom will rule for eternity!
