A State of crisis monster hunter freedom unite PSP help please?

I am currently doing urgent quest A State of Crisis in monster hunter and I’m having trouble completing it. I use dual swords and/or sword and shield. Can you tell me what to do and what dual sword/Sword and shield to use?
In this quest you have to fight the Shen Gaoren (big crab thingy). My suggestion is to use a fire weapon or dragon (if you have one). Also, I would suggest dual swords instead of sword and shield. Also, it would be smart to get an armor with quake resistance, such as Blango armor (big white snow cat), so the quakes from Shen Gaoren don’t affect you. During this battle you want to hit the legs. Once you hit them enough, they turn bright red, and he falls down. Now go for the face, because it’s weaker than the legs. Just keep repeating this. Once you get to the last area, you can use the ballistas (crossbow things) by getting ballista ammo at the base (from blue supply box, or rack of spears) and then pressing square with the item on the ballista shooter. You can also use the cannons but I don’t suggest it. If he gets close enough, you can hit circle on the big button for the dragonator (big spikes) to pop out. Be careful, it has a short range and he needs to be close enough. I recommend using this when he is attacking so you can cancel out his attack. Remember this quest is kill OR repel the Shen Gaoren, so all you have to do is keep it from destroying the fort until the time runs out, or kill it if you can. If you want you can get his legs bright red, but before he falls, switch to a different leg. This way, when he attacks the fort, you can then switch back to the bright red leg and attack it a bit in order to stagger him and cause him to stop attacking. This way you can maintain your fort integrity much longer. Another helpful thing to do is to bring bombs and bomb him as he enters each area.
