WhyDo Tea Bags think they can call for Revolution, but a larger group of Americans can not have that freedom ?

Posted on October 29th, 2011 by admin

Revolutions don’t have to include violence. The OWS participants do not bring guns like the strange people do.We can assemble and we can speak our grievances. Again we are a much larger group with international appeal. We are protected by the Constitution.

There is a big difference between restoration and revolution. Revolution implies overthrowing our form of government in favor of something else. A restoration is to restore the republic to the way it was/should be.

Where in the Australian Constitution does it clearly define Freedom of Speech?

Posted on October 10th, 2011 by admin

Also, where does it define the extent of Freedom of Speech, in which the speaker is immune to persecution?

Australia does not have explicit freedom of speech in any constitutional or statutory declaration of rights, with the exception of political speech which is protected from criminal prosecution at common law per Australian Capital Television Pty Ltd v Commonwealth.

Where should the lines be drawn regarding freedom of speech?

Posted on October 8th, 2011 by admin

Front page, LA Times, Jury rules against 10 Muslim students.

According to the story, the students disrupted the speech the University of Irvine had asked the Israeli ambassador, Michael Oren, to make. While we’ve all seen speakers shouted down were exceptions made due to ethnicity. If the disruptor’s would have been, Irish for example, would they have been charged?

The real question should be: Does my right to freedom of speech allow me to take that same right away from another?

Curious as to your thoughts.

Your freedom of speech has limits , like no yelling fire in a theatre. If somebody heckles the president during one of his speeches , they will be removed , no matter what ethnicity they are .There is a limit to all speech especially hate speech.. that is against the law.

How does freedom of press make life better?

Posted on October 6th, 2011 by admin

just some ideas,
and what are some things that we can do in america that are simple things involving freedom of press but you cant do in other countries or you’ll be punished.
THANXXXXXXX soooo much

Years ago, the press was unbiased and really helped the people know the truth and the whole story with the facts. That allowed the people to make good logical decisions. That is the reason for a free press. What we have today is the main stream media (CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, MS-NBC, etc.) have all been taken over by liberals and their reporting is biased and nothing but propaganda for Democrats.
