what is the diffrence between Human rights and Freedom?

Posted on November 18th, 2009 by admin

I mean how can the person know the diffrenet if he is having freedom or he is having his rights?!!!
Are they realted to eachother?

Human rights are what everyone should have. Freedom is something that America keeps trying to impose on people. To America ‘freedom’ means ‘live like we do’ or we will make you.

WHERE CAN I FIND A SHORT STORY ON FREEDOM (ONLINE)???? PLEASE GIVE THE URL It needs to mention the author.?

Posted on November 18th, 2009 by admin

It needs to be a short story. Thanks for your time and consideration.

"The Meat locker" is a short story that was built into a stage play entitled "Voices From The Cafe." The stage play can be read and printed out for free at www.geocities.com/absaroka2001. Searching for "Voices From the Cafe" in Google will bring a link to the site.

The plot is surrealistic and set far in the future. The only remaining humans live on Long Island, and "The Meat Locker" is the name given to an ancient building where undesirables are sent. The Meat Locker was built upon the ruins of the Liberty Monument; i.e, the ruins of Liberty. The story has no set interpretation.

How has freedom of speech and freedom of press changed over the years?

Posted on November 18th, 2009 by admin

Since from when the Constitution was written to this day.

What changes have taken place?

Happy Hiram seems to have coined the loss of freedom well. It is maybe a testimony of exploitation of a stressed and destabilised peoples need to vent, resulting in much debating, with no conclusive end. The houses of power feed upon this need of the populace, keeping alive a need. Simply to profit from it’s feeding, whilst battling between the major institutions of church, state and media. Church is globally divided by denominations, state battles with its opposition parties who seem to have fused faced with united demagogue and arbiter of all matters judicial that is the media, controlled throughout by a handful of men of no accountability. Dirty tricks campaigns to undermine as aforementioned all our heroes are destroyed via media scandal if attempting to break this Murdoch’s party led gridlock. State leaders have been placed and accorded their prime positions by media providence and thereby cannot attack their benefactor. Media ensures only weak, compliant nominees are elected, causing an abridgment between state and media currently working on a quid pro quo status. Hell continues ..

Is the home based business legit? freedom at home team?

Posted on November 18th, 2009 by admin

freedom at home team

no, it’s scam!
Most Home based jobs usually don’t pay off. Be especially wary of ads that promise huge annual salaries; they often require expensive upfront fees with no guarantee. You risk losing your money and wasting a lot of time and energy.

Where do you think Texas stands today on freedom of speech?

Posted on November 18th, 2009 by admin

i’m looking for anyone’s opinion on whether you think the freedom of speech in texas is good or bad. it doesn’t have to be a long explanation if you want..but it can be if you want :p
i mean there are so many things that people that think they have perfect freedom of speech which might be true, but is there anyone who feels that they can’t ever get a say in? or do you feel that you get every opinion in?

Within the constitution of the United States of America, and bound to it by that document.
As with all nations, there are certain restrictions that are in place, such as threats, slander, and treason.

based on the 2nd amendment should that ruling apply to state govts or should states have the freedom to?

determine their own gun laws ?

The states can pass whatever laws they want provided they don’t violate the Constitution. If a gun law does not violate the Constitution, it can be passed.

Is the Republican stance on Abortion a gateway to the end of American freedom as we know it?

If the right to do with my self as I wish is taken away from me, what is left ? And what comes next ? Will I not be able to choose my religion, my candidate, etc ….

It’s not about you. It’s about the right of the unborn baby to live. THAT is a key right that’s being taken away, a right that’s guaranteed to us in the US constitution.

What are some statistics, facts, or life values that would support Freedom of Speech ina debate?

Posted on November 18th, 2009 by admin

Hi, I am need for anything that would support me in a debate of Freedom of Speech VS No Freedom of Speech. I am looking for anything that would help me. Maybe some songs with lyrics that would have interfered with the No freedom of speech ( so I could say that we would be forced to listen to specific music about specific things etc.)
I would maybe like some charts. Thanks

That’s a pretty horrible debate… no one could ever win freedom of speech bad.
In a debate context just say that even if the other team says they disagree with you simply by expressing themselves they support your opinion. It’s a double bind, either they admit they support you, or they don;t talk and they lose.

The freedom from religion group?

Posted on November 18th, 2009 by admin

How come we hafta listen to christians cram their god crap down our throats, but the moment we express our oppinions its national news?

Well…how about the part "their God Crap" for starters. Your NOT expressing an opinion, but are being abusive. Of course YA’s will never state you are in violation, because they are always looking for a way to "Put the Lord Down", just like you. Hmmmmmm!!

So….being that you don’t like the Lord, I must assume you like everything else and therefore I have no time to deal with you. You are probably around your late 20’s, so there is no reason to think that you are able to summon a great deal of reason. So why should I listen to anything you have to say?? But then you don’t want to listen and discuss anything "Christians" have to say, so you see the pendulam swings both ways. But you already knew this, right???

Write again, when you come to YA’s Religion and Spirituality, but then have something worth while to ask or state, you sound like a kid.
