what does, "Education is the key to unlock the golden door of freedom," mean. Quote-George Washington Carver

what does that quote mean? help please

what i understand by this quote is:

Education gives us all the knowledge. It’s a key through which we can rule the world. If we are educated, then where ever we go , or whatever we do, we can do it with much confidence and exactness. If we aren’t educated, we may be hesitant 2 do or we may not able 2 do things. An educated man enjoys freedom. He can prove his talent through various fields. Thus education is the key which paves us through the doors of freedom.

This is what I consider.

Explain the significance of the Freedom Rides in furthering the rights and freedoms of Aboriginal Australians?

Posted on November 26th, 2009 by admin

Refer to:
– What the Freedom Rides involved
– The people involved in the Freedom Rides
– The reasons for the organisation of the Freedom Rides
– The impact of the Freedom Rides on furthering the rights
and freedoms of Aboriginal Australians

In 1965 the "freedom rides" were designed to highlight racial discrimination in rural New South Wales. In response to mounting pressure and the example set by the federal government, which after a referendum in 1967 gained power to legislate for the Aboriginal people, reforms were introduced in New South Wales. These culminated in 1983 with an act that established Aboriginal Land Councils and conferred on them the right to hold freehold title to land within their area.

Is any one need a home based business that can give financial freedom and time freadom?

Posted on November 26th, 2009 by admin

my business will give you a way to realise your dream, to have what you want and a flexible hour that you can manage it. you can be your own boss.

You have a computer learn to do web sites and make money from advertising:

I’ve answered this question so many times. Yes, you can make money Myspace sold last year for about $500,000,000. First learn how to design and upload a website. If you don’t have FrontPage or Dream-weaver – try NVU – it’s freeware. A freeware FTP program is available from Coffeecup. Look at Tripod for free space to practice on and they sell space cheap too and do domains. When you have a brilliant idea that’ll keep bringing people back to your site time and time again – email me for advice and I’ll steal your idea! Don’t trust anyone and be careful of copyright law and stuff.

Should the freedom of speech be allowed to everybody?

Posted on November 26th, 2009 by admin

The freedom of speech allows everybody in the united states to speak whatever they want. Should this be allowed to everybody? & why?

There are limitations on free speech, such as yelling fire in a movie theatre or threatening someone else’s freedoms, or creating an imminent threat or disrupting the peace.

Also, even legal free speech cannot protect you from any of these:

1) Legal contracts with restraining orders

2) Violating rules of conduct in a public or private institution (ie talking loudly in an examination testroom or while a college professor is lecturing a course that other students paid money for. They have the right to make you leave.

3) Your free speech cannot defend you against getting fired from a job, suspended from a school, removed from an orchestral concert. It will, however, protect you from going to jail on the basis of exercising free speech. However, you can still be charged with other crimes such as refusing to remove yourself from a place you’ve been asked to leave. It would be a property rights violation.

Is separation of church and state a denial of freedom of religion?

Posted on November 26th, 2009 by admin

No; it’s just the opposite. Separation of church and state IS freedom of religion. The opposite of separation of church and state would be a theocracy like the Church of England under King Henry VIII (read up on it…it was barbaric). Separation allows you to be free to attend the church of your choice rather than being forced to attend the government’s church.

Why are liberals trying to abolish American Freedom?

Posted on November 26th, 2009 by admin

They force their "theories" on our children, through the public school system.

Well, I refuse to teach my younguns that homosexuality is natural, and that we evolved from monkeys. That’s why I send him to a Christian Academy where he’ll learn that we was created by God, and he’ll learn to have some good, moral values!

(a) by your name, I can tell that this isn’t particularly serious.
(b) for a serious answer to your question, I’m glad you can find a Christian Academy. That’s why private schools exist, and that’s why we can’t advocate religious views in public schools, since your ideas about God’s moral values differ greatly from that of a Hassidic jew, a Muslim, a Catholic, a Buddhist, or a snake handler. And your statement that "we evolved from monkeys" is not true… apes and humans evolved from a common ancestor, just as pretty much all life did.
(c) The answer you’re probably looking for:
Yee Haw! Praise Jeebus! Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition!

Why do liberal groups love freedom when it comes to gay marriage yet?

Posted on November 26th, 2009 by admin

they don’t like free trade or free markets.

Same reason cons love freedom of markets and trade but hate personal freedoms like gay marriage.
